The Supreme Court amended Rule 21 of the Family Court Rules today.  Here are the salient parts:

1. The Motion and Notice of Hearing must be served 20 days prior to the hearing date.
2. The Return and any request for affirmative relief must be served 10 days prior to the hearing date.
3. All affidavits and supporting documents must be filed and served no later than 5 days before the hearing date.
4. Affidavits for a 15 minute hearing shall be confined to 10 pages, with exhibits totaling 30 pages.
5. Affidavits for a 30 minute hearing shall be confined to 20 pages, with exhibits totaling 30 pages.
