Settlyd's net income calculator is a flexible tool for help with support issues.

One of the most difficult parts of any divorce is trying to figure the new monthly budget of the parties, often with much less money than when married.

Settlyd's Net Available Income calculator is designed to do just that.

First, enter the appropriate data into each field on the Net Available Income worksheet in your client's matter. Next, in the "Other" field, enter personal expenses from Page 2 of the financial declaration, as well as state and local taxes.

Now, select "Calculate" and Settlyd will give you each person's net need after taxes and expenses.

If you are working on a modification of an older case and alimony still taxable and deducible, select the blue bar on the upper left of your page to enable this calculation.
