Over the past 18 months, Settlyd Family Law Software has introduced a number of practical upgrades designed to improve efficiency, organization, and accuracy for family law professionals.

New features include Manage Admin Account, allowing firms to easily switch administrative users, and Manage Offices, which helps larger firms organize case matters by office location. Settlyd also added new Amortization and Pay Period Calculators to help attorneys fine tune support and payment scenarios with greater precision.

The upgraded FD Navigator View gives users a clearer roadmap through the Financial Declaration process, while enhanced FD Notes improve readability and make advisories easier to follow. In addition, new Stand Alone Worksheets allow users to perform quick calculations without opening a specific case matter.

Perhaps the most significant development has been the release of the new Mecklenburg County, North Carolina module. This module includes the same powerful features South Carolina users have relied on for years, but it is especially valuable because the Mecklenburg Financial Affidavit is substantially more detailed and complicated than its South Carolina counterpart. Settlyd helps organize and simplify this demanding process, allowing attorneys and staff to prepare more accurate financial disclosures while saving significant time and reducing frustration.
