Here are the salient parts to the new Rule 21 SCRFC:

1. The Motion and Notice of Hearing must be filed and served 20 days prior to the hearing date.
2. The Return and any request for affirmative relief must be filed and served 10 days prior to the hearing date.
3. All affidavits and supporting documents must be filed and served no later than 5 days before the hearing date.
4. Affidavits for a 15 minute hearing shall be confined to 10 pages, with exhibits totaling 30 pages.
5. Affidavits for a 30 minute hearing shall be confined to 20 pages, with exhibits totaling 30 pages.
